Delete Account and Data

Here you can request deletion of your account and data associated with Coachlog.

Scope of deleted data

Upon approval of your request, we permanently delete:

  • coach profile and all account settings
  • all teams, player rosters, and assigned roles
  • audio recordings and event metadata
  • AI transcripts, reports, and insights
  • statistics and data stored in Supabase (database + files)

Once the process is complete, data cannot be recovered.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Prepare the email address used in Coachlog and your main team name.
  2. Send an email to support@coachlog.app with subject line "Delete Coachlog account".
  3. In the message body, include your account email, team name, and optionally the reason for the request.
  4. Add a brief confirmation that you understand the irreversible nature of this operation.

Processing time

We process requests within 30 business days, in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Request authorization

We verify requests only through the email address associated with your Coachlog account. If you log in via Apple/Google Sign-in, write from the email address linked to that sign-in provider or include proof that you have access to it.
